Ingredients

mamasdough mix
200g softened butter
4 rolls of oreos
150g cream cheese
icing sugar

Filling

150g softened butter
Crush oreos

Icing

Whip 50g of butter and cream cheese till light and fluffy.
Then add icing sugar to desired taste and consistancy. (add a little cream for a silky finish)

Method

  1. Follow instructions on mamasdough mix for basic dough
  2. Roll out dough to a thin rectangle
  3. Spread softened butter on the dough and sprinkle crushed oreos on top
  4. Roll up the dough and cut into even slices (approx. 1-2in thick using cotton)
  5. Place in a lined baking dish leaving 1-2cm space between each for rising and leave to rise (approx 20min)
  6. Baked on 160deg C for 20min or until golden
  7. Top with cream cheese icing
