Mamas Dough (gluten free)

Made from mamasdough mix straight from the pantry

Ingredients

700g Gluten Free mamasdough
2 1/4C warm water
1T yeast (mamas loves Bekels Angel yeast)
70g oil
*GF flour for rolling

Method

  1. Add water, yeast and 700g of gluten free mamasdough mix into bowl and mix for 1min on speed 1
  2. Mix for 3min on speed 2
  3. Add oil and mix for 1min on speed 1
  4. Mix for 3-5min on speed 2 until fully combined
  5. Rise till double in size (approx. 20min)
  6. Turn dough out onto floured bench.
    *Your dough is now ready to create
