Biscoff Rolls

mamasdough mix
biscoff spread
crushed biscoff
topping of your choice (optional)


  1. Follow instructions on mamasdough mix for basic dough
  2. Roll out dough to a rectangle
  3. Soften biscoff and spread over the dough
  4. Sprinkle crushed biscoff biscuits over spread
  5. Roll up into a log and cut into 1-2in pieces
  6. Place pieces in a lined baking tray with 1-2cm spacing between each and let rise (approx. 20min)
  7. Bake on 160C for 20min or until golden
  8. Eat fresh out of the oven or top with icing or any topping of choice
