Mamas Dough (original)
Made from mamasdough mix straight from the pantry

Stand up mixer (or mixing bowl)
Ingredients
700g of mamasdough mix
1.5C warm water
65g melted butter
1 egg
1T yeast (mama loves Bakels Angel yeast)
Method
- In a bowl, mix together water, butter, egg and yeast.
- Add 700g of Original mamasdough mix into the bowl and mix to form a sticky dough by hand (or electric mixer for 4min)
- Rise till double in size
- Turn dough on to a floured bench
