*flour (for rolling)

Filling Paste

2 Tbs Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
100g Melted butter (for filling)

*use plant based and gluten free alternatives for fillings


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
  2. Follow instructions on mamasdough mix for basic dough
  3. Spread filling paste over dough
  4. Roll up the entire piece of dough
  5. Cut roll of dough into even pieces (approx. 1 inch)
  6. Lay pieces flat in lined oven tray; leave 2cm space between for rising
  7. Let rise till double in size in a warm place
  8. Bake at 160°C for 30min or until golden
