Easy Cinnaroll Bites

They’re soft, fluffy, covered in buttery cinnamon sugar and finished with a drizzle of cream cheese icing. Even better? They’re super easy for little hands to help make.

Ingredients
1 bag MamasDough Original Mix (including yeast pouch)
1½ cups warm water
65g melted butter
1 egg
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon (adjust to taste)
100g melted butter
Equipment
Large mixing bowl
Whisk
Wooden spoon
2 small bowls
Casserole dish
Method
Follow the instructions on your MamasDough Original Mix bag to prepare the dough.
Cover and leave the dough to rise for approximately 20 minutes.
Roll the dough into a long rope, then cut into approximately 4cm pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
Dip each dough ball into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar until evenly coated.
Place the coated dough balls into a greased casserole dish, leaving a little space between each one. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 160°C. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While still warm, drizzle or coat with your favourite cream cheese icing.
Best enjoyed warm
