Coconut Buns

INGREDIENTS:
- mamasdonutsmix
- 1 tin coconut cream (mamas loves the Kara brand)
- same tin of water
- 1 C sugar
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Follow the mamasdonutsmix instructions from step 1 and step 2
- Once risen, turn dough out onto lightly floured bench
- Fold dough over to form a rectangle
- Cut into even sized pieces (12 - 24)
- Roll into balls and place in oven tray; leave 2cm space between for rising
- Let rise till double in size in a warm place
- Pour Coconut sauce over buns (cover at least half way; any remaining sauce, use half way through cook time)
- - Bake in the oven at 160°C for 30min or until golden brown
OPTIONAL: Replace water with coconut milk for a richer taste
NOTE:
- Best enjoyed HOT!
- Perfect for a cold winter dessert
